The other day when I edited mathematical formula with Blogger for the first time, I tried the online latex editor credited by CodeCogs (http://www.codecogs.com/latex/eqneditor.php). It is good for formulae in separate lines from texts and center alignment; however, for inline formulae or equations, they cannot be beautifully aligned with texts.
I explored some more and found that mathjax server is offering such functions I want. All I need to do is add an HTML/Javascript gadget and copy the code for that gadget, or copy the code directly into the <head> section of Template HTML script. The code was found in this forum seed: http://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/13865/how-to-use-latex-on-blogspot. Also, I am attaching it here.
Here I am trying some examples.
This is an inline equation \(3x^2-2x+17=0\) and an inline formula \(\mu=\frac{f}{N}\).
Also, a separate equation is here \[\frac{dy}{dx}=y^2-5y+\sqrt{y}+f(x)\]
They look much better to me. Great gratitude to MathJax (http://www.mathjax.org)!
